  • International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC)- Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
    • The ICGC goal is to achieve a comprehensive description of genomic, transcriptomic and epigenomic changes in 50 different tumor types which are of clinical and societal importance.

      The spanish consortium will generate a comprehensive catalogue of genetic alterations in 500 independent tumors of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).

    • TransPLANT is committed to establishing the broadest international collaborations for data and standards of plant genomic science. 11 European partners gathered to address plant genomic challanges including genome size, polyploidy, and the quantity, diversity and dispersed nature of data in need of integration.

  • BluePrint Epigenome
    • The goal of BLUEPRINT is to apply highly sophisticated functional genomics analysis on a clearly defined set of primarily human samples from healthy and diseased individuals and to provide at least 100 reference epigenomes to the scientific community.   • IMID-KIT
    • The main objective of IMID-KIT is to obtain a solid diagnostic kit for immune mediated inflamatory diseases (IMIDs) based on the identification and analysis of genetic polimorfisms of 12,000 pacients.

  • MoDEL. Molecular Dynamics Extended Library
    • More than 1,700 trajectories of proteins representative of all monomeric soluble structures in PDB have been studied by means of state-of-the-art atomistic molecular dynamics simulations in near-physiological conditions. Trajectories and analysis performed on them are stored in a large data warehouse, which can be queried for dynamic information on proteins, including interactions. This web site is the main entry point to the library, showing the simulated structures, and basic, pre-made, analysis on them. The web site is in constant update, not only on the simulations available, but also on the analysis and tools included.
